RxAnalyzer™ is dedicated and prepared to comply in all material respects with the privacy standards of federal and state laws and regulations including but not limited to HIPAA, and amendments and regulations that may arise over time.

Your cardholder's confidential health information is safe with RxAnalyzer™. More important RxAnalyzer™ products and services are already HIPAA compliant.

Specifically, RxAnalyzer™ is committed to the following:

• No Games, No Agendas.
  RxAnalyzer™ shall use and disclose confidential health information received only to perform the services outlined by written agreement.
• Protection.
  RxAnalyzer™ has in place all precautions or safeguards necessary to prevent confidential health information from being used or disclosed except as necessary to perform its agreements.
• Accountability.
  RxAnalyzer™ will immediately report if RxAnalyzer™ uses or discloses or becomes aware that confidential health information has been used or disclosed except as provided for by agreement, RxAnalyzer™ will report such uses or disclosures only to your Chief Information Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, or contact that you identify.
• Continuity.
  In the unlikely event that RxAnalyzer™ must disclose confidential health information to subcontractors or agents, RxAnalyzer™ requires that those subcontractors or agents comply with the restrictions, conditions and duties that apply to RxAnalyzer™.
• Cardholder Access.
  RxAnalyzer™ has established and maintains appropriate procedures to give individuals access to their confidential health information following the HIPAA Privacy Standards for such access.
• Open Door.
  RxAnalyzer™ is prepared to make available its policies and procedures and books and records, relating to its uses and disclosures of confidential health information, to the Secretary of DHHS so that the Secretary may confirm that HIPAA Privacy Standards have been met.
• Flexible.
  RxAnalyzer™ is dedicated to being flexible, and will adapt its systems to meet the standards and governmental requirements as they evolve.
• Your data is your data.
  Upon request, RxAnalyzer™ will return or destroy your cardholder's confidential health information promptly and certify that action. Further, RxAnalyzer™ can provide an accounting of all RxAnalyzer™'s disclosures in accordance with HIPAA privacy standards.

All rights duties and obligations relating to confidential health information are set forth in written agreements that protect you and your organization.
